It’s that time of year again! I’m happy to see that my major goals for 2011 were met and at
times exceeded =D. Writing and revising definitely helps me achieve and stay accountable.
This year’s focus:
- More yoga
- More vegetables
- More organized and fulfilling food preparation and cooking
- More contributions
- More enabling of others to reach their goals
Guiding principles:
- New principle: Live each day as if it’s the best day of my year
- Same as those I applied in 2011: Be bold, follow my heart, say what I mean, take the most out of every moment, laugh lots, stay selective with how I spend my time and who I spend it with, work hard, play hard, rest hard.
New goals for 2012:

- Dry-brush 2-3x a week
